Credit Card Payment Notice

For emailed invoices paid with eligible credit cards, AvaKlow Labs may apply a processing surcharge of up to 2% of the transaction amount, not exceeding our actual credit-card processing cost. Any applicable surcharge will appear as a separate line item on your invoice before payment.

No credit-card surcharge applies to debit-card payments or other non-credit-card payment methods. Please tell us your preferred payment method before we issue your invoice. Surcharges apply only where permitted by law and payment-network rules.
