Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds will ONLY be issued if:
• The wrong item was sent  
• The product arrives damaged  

You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with proof (photos required). In the event that a replacement shipment is needed a flat $5 fee will be charged.

We are NOT responsible for:
• Improper use  
• Storage issues  
• Buyer error  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
